In order to comply with public health requirements, everyone attending our in-person events as of September 1, 2021 will have to show proof of vaccination and ID at the reception desk. Our employees will check them on the spot. Anyone who cannot confirm that they have been fully vaccinated will not be allowed to attend the event.

Yes. Everyone who attends our events will have to comply with the current health rules: hand sanitizing, social distancing (1 metre in the rooms when moving around, in the common areas and waiting lines, and 2 metres between tables) and wearing masks when moving around.

To ensure the health and safety of everyone, and under current guidelines, we unfortunately cannot allow our guests to network between different tables. Attendees will have to stay at their assigned tables.

We will also keep a record of everyone who attended so that we can contact them easily if there is an outbreak.

The vaccination passport will be checked when you arrive. Participants will also have to present proof of ID.

Unfortunately, due to the current health directives, we cannot have VIP Lounges at our in-person events.

We are, however, planning to have pre-lunch round-table gatherings in a designated room for head table guests only.

As stipulated by the Government of Québec, anyone who has medical reasons for not getting vaccinated will have to present proof of exemption signed by a physician.

You can retrieve your vaccination passport by downloading the "VaxiCode" app and following the instructions.

A hard copy of the vaccination passport can be sent by mail upon request. It also comes in a business-card format for your wallet.

We will keep a record of everyone who comes to our in-person events, including their cell phone numbers, so that we will be able to quickly contact everyone in case of an outbreak.

That information will not be used for promotional purposes under any circumstances.
