The business mission to Mexico at a glance

From February 6 to 10, 2023, the Ville de Montréal and the Chamber’s Acclr team of international trade experts, with the support of the Delegation of Quebec in Mexico, invite companies and organizations to participate in this business mission in Mexico led by Mayor of Montréal, Valérie Plante. The Mayor will participate in the Mexico City portion of the visit, on February 7 and 8.

During this mission, participating companies will be able to meet key players in the creative industries sector and promote their services in this constantly growing market.

Networking events, roundtables, potential B2B meetings and visits to local companies will also be scheduled in Mexico City and Guadalajara, both creative and vibrant cities.

Participation in this mission includes:

  • A welcome seminar in Mexico City;
  • Networking activities;
  • A reception at the residence of the Délégation générale du Québec à Mexico;
  • Potential networking roundtables;
  • Support throughout the stay;
  • Management of event logistics;
  • Visits to local businesses in both Mexico City and Guadalajara (subject to final program);
  • One-way airfare from Mexico City to Guadalajara (as the mission ends in Guadalajara, you will be responsible for purchasing your return ticket);
  • Scheduling of four individual B2B meetings for the first 15 creative SMEs that are registered and accepted;
  • Possibility of additional B2B meetings for additional professional fee.
  • An optional cultural visit to the city of Tequila (additional cost to be anticipated).

  • Multimedia (immersive and interactive environment design, virtual and augmented reality);
  • Architecture and design;
  • Performing arts, digital and media arts, visual arts and music;
  • Other related sectors.
