Introduction
Attend a panel about development in the aerospace industry in the context of the current labour shortage, including:
- Managing information transfers between future retirees and the employees that will replace them
- The integration of newcomers and young talent with a balance between training and employment in the industry
- The proportion of women in the aerospace industry
The panel will gather industry experts and will be moderated by Michel Leblanc, President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal.
Before this discussion, you will have the opportunity to attend the award ceremony for the winning team of the AeroPortal case study proposed by Quebec’s aerospace industry.
Participation in this activity will also give you access to the Vitrines 2018 event, a job fair with more than 20 businesses and a presentation of many aerospace technologies. This job fair will be held all day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. outside the lunch seminar.
