Fonds de solidarité FTQ and Fondaction CSN bring together the savings of more than 700,000 mostly middle class Quebecers. These savings are mainly used to offer funding to our SMBs.
The capital supplied by labour funds is invested long term. It is complementary, since it is not guaranteed and does not depend on traditional financial institutions, which makes it venture capital. These funds support more than 3,000 businesses and private venture capital funds.
