Foreign businesses that have based their head office in Montréal and Quebec-based multinationals with a place of business in several countries are in the best position to comment on the strong and weak points of the city’s business environment. The Board of Trade polled them for their perspective on Montréal’s attractiveness based on a series of central criteria that go into the choice of location for companies.
