From November 3 to 7, 2025, arcelona as part of the Smart City Expo World Congress. Organized by the CCMM’s international team, with the support of the Québec Government Office in Barcelona and Catalonia Trade & Investment (ACCIÓ) in Canada, this mission invites companies and organizations to explore cutting-edge urban innovations and forge strategic global partnerships.
With over 25,000 participants, 1,150 exhibitors (81% international), 135 countries represented, and more than 800 cities in attendance, Smart City Expo is the world’s leading event for urban leaders in innovation, mobility, environment, governance, and digital technologies.

Are you between 18 and 35?
You could receive $1,300 in financial support from LOJIQ (Les Offices jeunesse internationaux du Québec) to cover part of the mission costs (travel, registration, accommodation).
The support includes:
- $800 flat amount for your transportation costs
- $500 flat amount to contribute to mission participation costs (registration and accommodation)
Eligibility criteria:
- Be 18–35 years old
- Reside in Quebec and hold a valid RAMQ card
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Have received no more than two LOJIQ supports in the past
- Be an entrepreneur selected by the CCMM for this mission
