Most people would say that gender equity in business is making good progress.
But is that really the case?
While the number of women entrepreneurs is growing, only 16% 1 of businesses in Canada are majority owned by women.
Why is it that of all purchases made by large companies, less than 5% 2 of contracts are awarded to women-owned businesses?
For this event, Anne-Marie Hubert, EY’s Managing Partner for Eastern Canada, will moderate a high-calibre panel discussion.
