Please join us on Wednesday, January 26 from noon to 1:00 p.m. for an online discussion with a panel of business leaders who are concerned about mental health. For the second year, the Chamber is proud to be a part of the Bell Let’s Talk Day, now in its 12th year, which aims to raise awareness of mental health issues and open dialogue to create positive change.
Companies and their workers are very concerned about mental health—even more so with the pandemic: the confinement has shaken the work-family balance profoundly. People are more aware than ever of how important it is to care about mental health as much as physical health.
For organizations, addressing mental health has become a key differentiator in their employer brands. Companies that don’t offer better mental health solutions to their employees are at risk of losing them to companies that put the well-being of their talent first.
This panel discussion will provide the opportunity for you to hear from leaders in the business community who have courageously overcome prejudice and helped normalize these conversations by speaking out publicly.
You will also learn more about:
- Available solutions, as Relief for Business* and best practices relating to mental health;
- The mutual (employee-employer) benefits of investing in the well-being and mental health of workers.
*Relief for Business is a service to businesses created by Relief to support them in creating a healthy, balanced and safe mental health work environment.
Please note this activity will take place on Zoom. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with a login link for the event.
