From November 2 to 5, 2026, the Ville de Montréal and the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal invite Montréal and Quebec based businesses and organizations to join a business mission to Barcelona as part of the Smart City Expo World Congress 2026.
Organized with the support of the Québec Government Office in Barcelona and ACCIÓ – Catalonia Trade & Investment, this mission will help you gain insight into the trends transforming cities, connect with key players in the global smart city ecosystem and create new international business opportunities.
New for 2026: The Montréal delegation will feature a shared booth at the heart of the exhibition, providing participating companies with a dedicated space to host business meetings, increase their visibility and showcase their expertise to an international audience.

Your registration includes 3 hours of personalized advisory services (including ORPEX) to help you maximize the impact of your participation.

These advisory hours remain valid for up to three months after the mission.
Preferred rate for organizations located in the Montréal agglomeration
Following registration and a detailed review of their profile, 15 businesses and organizations located within the Montréal agglomeration will be eligible for a preferred participation fee of $1,650, representing a $1,000 discount on the regular participation fee.
To qualify, the business or organization must have a place of business within the Montréal agglomeration. Eligibility will be verified using the Quebec Enterprise Register.
This financial support is intended for organizations with the strongest potential for economic impact, partnership development and international visibility through the mission. Selection will take into account the organization's profile, alignment with the mission's sector priorities, the maturity of its internationalization strategy and its ability to fully benefit from the activities offered.
