About the Hannover Messe trade show

Held annually since 1947, the Hannover Messe trade show is the leading international trade show for industrial technology, commonly called Industry 4.0. The Hanover trade show is the largest event in its industry, offering a worldwide preview of technological innovations aimed at meeting the latest challenges in energy, productivity, digital industrialization, engineering and technological performance.

Mission objectives:

  • Promote the expertise of Quebec companies, research centres and institutes, and create business and partnership opportunities with the German ecosystem and with other international partners.
  • Showcase Quebec innovations in industrial technology and position ourselves as partners of choice.
  • Attract large corporations for future innovation and investment projects in Quebec.
  • Position Quebec as the ideal place for developing strategic sectors related to digital transformation.

Participation in this mission includes registration for activities in collaboration with NGen:

  • Registration for the entirety of the activities in the program offered by NGen along with the Canadian Business Delegation
  • A pre-departure seminar – How to prepare for a major trade show – in Montréal in partnership with Vooban
  • A welcome seminar in Hanover in partnership with Vooban
  • Privileged access to communication tools coordinated by Acclr
  • Support to optimize networking and information activities (cocktail with partners, Quebec group dinner, networking with local organizations, conferences, etc.)
  • Possibility of visits to key industrial companies in the area
  • Access to multiple Hannover Messe pavilions and a personalized/VIP tour organized by the show
  • Guidance and operational support throughout your stay from the Acclr team of experts
  • A post-event bootcamp in partnership with Vooban in which we will target the right digital transformation project to prioritize following the show.
