The Chamber is pleased to invite members to its annual meeting and that of its Foundation.
The meeting will be followed by a cocktail reception to discuss in a relaxed atmosphere, with Chamber members and Board of Directors in attendance.
This meeting will be an opportunity to report on the past year, which has been filled with high points for the Chamber. It has been a year that showed the tireless commitment of the business community in responding to the challenges of our times, many policy interventions, and some 100 activities that brought together the community to discuss topics of the day.
The agenda
At the annual meeting of the Chamber and the Foundation, the members will:
- receive the 2022-2023 financial statements and auditor’s report;
- receive the list of nominations for the 2023-2024 Board of Directors;
- elect the 2023-2024 Board of Directors;
- appoint the auditor;
- consider, handle, and determine any other matters which can be legally presented to the members’ meeting.
At the Foundation’s annual meeting, members will also be asked to weigh in on a proposal to amend the general by-laws related to the composition of its Board of Directors.
