Mayor Valérie Plante’s economic mission to Japan – her first – jointly organized with the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, took place June 1 to 8, 2018. For eight days, representatives of 25 Québec companies had a chance to form ties with the business communities in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima – centres of economic growth in the Land of the Rising Sun.
