“L’effet A” (The A Effect) aims to boost women’s ambition by encouraging them to take concrete steps that will have an impact on their careers. Over 100 days, Geneviève Biron, Joëlle Boisvert, and Diane Giard will take up the challenge of getting Quebec women to excel in their professional lives.
The challenges:
Joëlle Boisvert: Establish a think tank to recreate a working model that aims to accelerate women’s access to management positions.
Geneviève Biron: Develop a training plan to demystify the concept of balance and allow women to become the CEOs of their own lives.
Diane Giard: Develop a female Quebec Inc.
