The mandate of the Industrial Program is to enable agri-food companies to carry out trials or production (small-scale processing) of food products.
It offers companies direct access to the food processing equipment and facilities at the Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre. These can be placed or structured according to the company's needs in order to create a pilot-scale (batch) production line.
Equipment rental on site is accompanied by technical support to ensure the safe use of the equipment.
The industrial program also has a sensory analysis service (sensory tests and training of judges).
