Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre

The mandate of the Industrial Program is to enable agri-food companies to carry out trials or production (small-scale processing) of food products.

It offers companies direct access to the food processing equipment and facilities at the Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre. These can be placed or structured according to the company's needs in order to create a pilot-scale (batch) production line.

Equipment rental on site is accompanied by technical support to ensure the safe use of the equipment.

The industrial program also has a sensory analysis service (sensory tests and training of judges).

To access the program, please contact the people in charge at aafc.programmeindustriel-industrialprogram.aac@canada.ca or at 450-768-7999 to find out if you are eligible for the services offered.
