Forum Grands Projets

Major housing projects have the potential to positively transform Greater Montréal and make it the standard in urban innovation.

On June 5, the 17th edition of our flagship Major Projects Forum was held. The 2023 edition was an opportunity to get the scoop on highlights of a study conducted by the Chamber. It aims to address the metropolitan region’s housing needs by 2040 by setting out a vision for the future of density, mobility and land-use planning.

Discussions with specialists from different backgrounds followed to identify concrete solutions to housing issues and enable the realization of bold and sustainable projects.
