Why attend this workshop?

As you know, today, social media offer great potential to boost your visibility and represent significant value creation drivers. But did you also know that they expose your business’s finances and reputation?

The various social media platforms – Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter – have become commonplace in your employees’ and collaborators’ personal and professional lives. Naturally, they therefore expect to be able to access them in the workplace. Your first reflex was probably to block these networks, but maybe you didn’t get to that most probably out of lack of time, leaving complete freedom of access to your employees. In any case, acting and implementing strategies to better control this new reality is now more important than ever.

Whether you’re concerned about your online reputation, productivity, sensitive and strategic information, or hiring or retaining staff, thorough consideration is necessary, and actions must be taken accordingly.

Once you’ve completed this workshop, you’ll have all of the tools in hand to define and implement an effective social media usage policy, whether yours is an SME or a large corporation.
