The STM is in full expansion. Over the next decade, several major projects will significantly impact the experience of public transit users:
- A $10 billion investment to renew infrastructure and develop the network;
- The addition of 300 buses to the current fleet;
- The extension of the blue line.
However, beyond these projects, the STM is also working to implement a strategy to reinvent access to its network, and to all forms of mobility.
Integrated mobility is already a reality in Montréal, but the STM has launched a collective movement to take it further. Philippe Schnobb, Chairman of the Board of the STM, will present this vision of a re-imagined mobility that benefits users and involves all sustainable mobility partners working together, with the STM at the head, to facilitate Montrealers’ movements.
