The Language Pairing Program: a valued initiative
The Chamber has been actively involved in francization for over 10 years. It strives to promote the use of French in stores and supports newcomers in learning French.
This is why it created its Language Pairing Program, which helps merchants learn French right in the workplace.
This program has been noticed by residents and workers in neighbourhoods where it operates. The merchants’ efforts to better serve customers in the local vernacular are appreciated, supported and admired.
